BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT
Please read the following agreement in its entirety.

The buyer agrees to have the subject puppy spayed for a female at7 months or neutered for males at 6 months of age. Our pups are being sold as companion only. No Breeding rights!

The buyer bears all costs relating to the sale of the above animal, including transportation. The risk of loss or injury to the above animal is on the buyer at all times after the dog leaves the seller.

We STRONGLY recommend the purchase of Pet insurance, this s extremely important.

The buyer agrees that their dog will be housed indoors.

The buyer agrees to keep their puppy at a healthy weight.

The buyer agrees to make and keep annual veterinary appointments for their Wheaten, keep all immunizations current according to the guidelines of the American Veterinary Medical Association and properly administer heartworm preventative medication & flea and tick prevention. The Seresto collar is our recommendation only recommendation.

The seller recommends all pups to complete basic obedience training with their puppy within the first year of owning their dog.

The buyer agrees to contact S’Wheaten Your Life immediately if the buyer determines they are unable to keep their Wheaten for any reason. The buyer must then return the Wheaten to S’Wheaten Your Life Wheatens. We will then determine how the dog will be re-homed.

The buyer agrees to never place their Puppy/Dog in a shelter, pound, or similar facility or research laboratory.

Buyer agrees to keep new pup on NuVet Plus Vitamins for at least first year, for life is recommended.

Buyer agrees not to take this Puppy to public places, such as the pet store or dog park, until the Puppy has had ALL of his/her vaccinations, usually by 16 weeks of age. The puppy will not have all of its immunities until then. There are many viruses, such as Parvovirus that are potentially fatal if contracted. Vaccines should be given 1 at a time and spaced out.
NOTE: We reserve the right to withhold any puppy for our breeding program. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy when circumstances indicate it is not in the best interest of the puppy.
